The Nutrify Analyst and Administration Manager has a wide range of exposure to the various procurement, financial, and operational focuses within The Wenger Group, and as a result, regularly interacts with other leaders and team members in each of the business's departments. This position will guide Nutrify's activities and identify opportunities to improve policies, operations, and objectives. The Analyst and Administration Manager is responsible for driving efficiency, accuracy, and sustainability within all Nutrify administrative processes, as well as managing a team of administrators whose goal is to support the buying/procurement team. This person will delegate direct administrative responsibility to all Nutrify team members while maintaining accountability. This person is expected to work directly with and coach all Nutrify personnel relative to all administrative processes, programs, and controls. Also, this person be focused on continuously improving the operating environment and leading effective solutions across the organization. The Administration Manager is also responsible for ensuring the financial performance of Nutrify is correctly and accurately represented through the programs, processes, and controls defined within the company.

What your day looks like:
• Ensure adherence to Wenger policies, methods, and disciplines
• Work to create sustainable processes within our costing and pricing methodology by working with the CPO and Nutrify team
• Manage the complexities of daily operational constraints pertaining to inventory, usage, and receipts
• Extract and model data to inform business decisions and manage processes
• Help foster accountability within the whole ingredient usage system using process implementation and personnel training by working with CPO and Wenger Feeds team members
• Create simple-to-use, effective, and easily repeatable processes to manage the Nutrify Administrative workload
• Develop and maintain procedures for the purchasing company
• Oversee the entire receipt applications through payment process
• Create and maintain a positive and trusting relationship with the finance group and operations team
• Work effectively with suppliers to solve invoicing and operational challenges.
• Collaborate with purchasing personnel to ensure booking programs (contracts) are covered and generate appropriate documentation
• Manage and lead improvements to our current system with an end goal of sustainable growth in mind
• Continuously identify operating challenges and lead effective solutions from design through implementation. This will require leading cross-

• Supervisory experience is preferred
